Internships are the perfect way for you to see if you would like to pursue a career in AI and for us to see if there’s a match for a long-term collaboration!
There is not enough time in a human life to develop all the cool ideas that we have in mind so it didn’t take too long for our team of experts to put together a cool list of topics for your internship. This will give you the opportunity to get introduced to the world of AI, Cloud, DataOps, InfraOps and robust software design.
Our internships will be around the following topics:
- Art: can AI be used to create art? Or as a support for artists?
- Causal inference and decision algorithms: how to use AI to improve decision making and optimize journeys?
- Compliance: what are the risk of an AI system, how can they be assessed, mitigated and monitored?
- Data centric: how to build an organisation around data? How to take data driven decisions?
- Ethics: what are the dangers of AI, how can we be aware of biases and control for them?
- Explainability: how to explain decisions made by AI, to understand it better, mitigate risks and improve it?
- Governance: how to make sure that all your AI models and data does not become a bit mess, that no one understands anymore?
- MlOps: how to productionalize the models in a standard way? Scale to serve your many models
- Orchestrators: how best orchestrate your AI processes?
- Sensor data: using sensor data to monitor and optimize processes
- Streaming data: how to create efficient pipeline with streaming data and AI?
- Sustainability: how to avoid an ecological disaster, how to reduce the energy cost of AI?
- Synthetic data: when only little data is available, can we create data to improve the training?

During the internship, you will be working with dataroots colleagues that will support you throughout your journey. Together, we will define the scope of the project and guide you towards a successful delivery. The goal of this internship is not only to deliver a successful end result but to also introduce you to industry best practices and most of all to get you excited to start a career in AI!
