Format: 2 sessions of 4-8 hours

• Session 1: Focus on what AI is and learning how data and AI can help your business thrive. We help you understand the role of data within your organization.
• Session 2: We map out which business questions you need to answer to measure and track your business results. We review your current data, business processes, platforms, technologies and infrastructure. We build an AI canvas and create an initial selection of potential use cases
